Supporting the workforce with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome Through, Education, Opportunity & Empowerment
Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) is a genetic connective tissue disorder that affects the body’s ability to properly support joints, skin, blood vessels, and internal organs. While EDS impacts people of all genders, approximately 80% of those diagnosed are women, making it a disproportionately female-centered condition.
For many women, EDS presents invisible challenges — chronic pain, joint instability, fatigue, autonomic dysfunction, and frequent medical appointments — all while navigating careers that often lack flexibility, awareness, or accommodation. These challenges frequently lead to interrupted education, delayed career advancement, underemployment, or being forced out of the workforce entirely.
The Supplying Success Zebra Fund exists to change that narrative.
- Host an online awareness fundraising campaign.
- Host a Purses with Purspose Networking Event
- Host a unique event in honor of EDS Zebra Fund
